Delete Your WittyKeys Account
Who This Applies To
You can use WittyKeys anonymously. If you never signed in, uninstalling the app deletes local chat history, preferences, cached replies, screenshots stored in private app storage, and daily usage counters from your device.
If you signed in or subscribed, you can request deletion of your WittyKeys account and server-side account data.
In-App Request Path
Open WittyKeys, go to Profile or Settings, and choose the account deletion request option. This is the preferred path because it helps us identify the signed-in account accurately.
Email Request Path
Email abhishek.sof@gmail.com with the subject WittyKeys account deletion request. Include the phone number, name, or sign-in identifier you used with WittyKeys, plus any purchase/subscription context that helps us find the account.
What We Delete
- Firebase Authentication account identifier and optional profile details held by WittyKeys.
- WittyKeys subscription entitlement metadata stored with Firebase.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging token associated with the account.
- Server-side support records that are no longer needed for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
What May Remain
- Google Play purchase records remain with Google as required for billing, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
- Aggregated analytics, crash, or performance records may remain when they no longer identify your account.
- Local device data is deleted by uninstalling WittyKeys or clearing app storage on your Android device.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible account deletion within 30 days after verifying the account.
