Child sexual abuse and exploitation policy

At WittyKeys, we maintain a zero-tolerance stance on child sexual abuse and exploitation. While our app is not designed for children under 13, we acknowledge the importance of having strong safeguards and clear policies to protect against misuse.

1. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

WittyKeys strictly prohibits any use of the app to:

• Share, request, or generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Engage in grooming or solicitation of minors 
• Promote or normalize sexual exploitation of children
   

Any such use is a gross violation of our terms and will lead to account termination and reporting to authorities.

2. No Monitoring or Content Review

WittyKeys is a privacy-first AI keyboard app. We do not actively monitor, store, or review user content or keystrokes. However, we reserve the right to take action if abuse is reported to us or brought to our attention through credible means.

3. User Responsibility & Reporting

We expect all users to use the app responsibly and lawfully. If you:

• Encounter any user behavior that appears exploitative or abusive
• Believe that a child may have been harmed or is at risk
  

Please report it immediately to us at  support mail and, if necessary, to your local law enforcement agency.

4. Cooperation with Authorities

While we do not monitor user behavior, we fully cooperate with:

• Law enforcement agencies
• Child protection organizations 
• Legally valid investigations or data requests, as permitted by applicable law
   

5. Age Restrictions

WittyKeys is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of any such use, we will:

• Delete associated information (if any)
• Restrict access to the app
• Take any additional steps as required under law

• Complying with Google Play’s Families Policy and relevant legal frameworks
